What planners say after the event
“We hired Jesse and New Life Coffee to handle the premium coffee service for our exclusive FIFA hospitality lounge and he has completely blown us away. From the very beginning, his execution was stellar. We needed a tight turnaround for branding, and he managed to design, print, and install a beautiful custom cart wrap in under a week. It fit the upscale aesthetic of our lounge perfectly.”
“We're only halfway through our event series and already couldn't be happier with the partnership. If you're looking for a coffee and beverage partner who is reliable, easy to work with, and truly committed to creating a first-class guest experience, I highly recommend Jesse and New Life Coffee!!”
“We had a great experience having New Life Coffee at our conference over the course of two days. The barista Ian was awesome, and all our attendees really enjoyed the option of fresh espresso and fun drinks! The owner Jesse was also extremely helpful in making sure we had exactly what we envisioned for our event. Would definitely book them again!”
“We had a wonderful experience working with Jesse for our corporate event. I cannot recommend New Life enough! He was incredibly professional, easy to coordinate with, and always quick to respond. Plus the coffee was absolutely delicious—our guests loved it!”
“They are amazing! I just had them for my wedding and it was one of the best coffees and hot chocolate I've ever had. Great service! I recommend 100%”

Questions, answered
Coffee cart catering FAQs
Every event is quoted individually. Your price comes down to three things: how long we serve, how far we travel, and which add-ons you choose. There's no per-guest charge — drink service is unlimited for the hours you book. Submit the quote form and we'll send your custom pricing back, usually within 5 minutes.
Each cart needs about a 5' x 4' space to fit the cart, coolers, and staff. We'll also need a dedicated 15 Amp outlet for each cart. If you're booking multiple carts, each cart will need to be on a separate breaker. We will also need a handicap accessible route to the service location.
Fill out our inquiry form, receive a quote, and book. All you need is a 20% deposit to secure your date. Final payments are due 10 days prior to the event.
Our primary service zone is between Lancaster, PA and Philadelphia, but we'll serve NYC, NJ, MD, D.C., and Virginia. We do have a travel fee for events outside of our immediate area of Reading, PA.
Our Foundational Menu includes lattes, cappuccinos, cortados, Americanos, and other non-coffee options like chai, hot chocolate, and seltzers. We bring whole, 2%, and oat milk to every event.
Unfortunately, no. We've done vending events in the past, but we no longer take vending events unless an exception is made.
