Frequently asked questions
Everything planners want to know before they book a coffee cart. If yours isn’t here, send us a message — a real person answers.
Every event is quoted individually. Your price comes down to three things: how long we serve, how far we travel, and which add-ons you choose. There's no per-guest charge — drink service is unlimited for the hours you book. Submit the quote form and we'll send your custom pricing back, usually within 5 minutes.
Each cart needs about a 5' x 4' space to fit the cart, coolers, and staff. We'll also need a dedicated 15 Amp outlet for each cart. If you're booking multiple carts, each cart will need to be on a separate breaker. We will also need a handicap accessible route to the service location.
Fill out our inquiry form, receive a quote, and book. All you need is a 20% deposit to secure your date. Final payments are due 10 days prior to the event.
Our primary service zone is between Lancaster, PA and Philadelphia, but we'll serve NYC, NJ, MD, D.C., and Virginia. We do have a travel fee for events outside of our immediate area of Reading, PA.
Our Foundational Menu includes espresso, cortados, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, and flavored lattes, plus non-coffee options like chai, hot chocolate, and seltzers. We bring whole, 2%, and oat milk to every event. Cold brew, custom menus, and self-serve stations are available as add-ons.
The sooner the better, especially for dates in the fall conference season and December. That said, we do take fast-turnaround bookings when a cart and barista team are free — if your event is soon, call or text rather than waiting on email.
Yes. We offer custom cups and sleeves, full or partial cart wraps, branded menus and signage, printed latte art, branded napkins and aprons, and multiple coordinated carts. For one client we designed, printed, and installed a custom cart wrap in under a week.
Yes. Chai, hot chocolate, and seltzers are all on the foundational menu. Nobody at your event should be standing at the coffee bar with nothing to order.
Yes. We run multi-cart deployments with coordinated barista teams for large crowds and multi-day programs. At RISKWORLD 2026, two of our baristas served 500+ guests across 16 hours of service over two days at the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Unfortunately, no. We've done vending events in the past, but we no longer take vending events unless an exception is made.
