New Life Coffee Company ("we", "us", "our") provides mobile coffee cart catering and espresso bar services across Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website.

When you submit a quote request or send us a message, we collect the details you choose to provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue, estimated guest count, and any notes about your event.

We also collect standard analytics data automatically, such as the pages you visit, the approximate region you're browsing from, your device and browser type, and the site or search that referred you. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to prepare your quote, answer your questions, coordinate your event, and follow up about your booking. If you become a client, we use it to plan and deliver your service.

We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful, to improve the site, and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate — our form and CRM provider, our email provider, our website host, and our analytics and advertising platforms — and only so they can perform those services for us.

If you give us your mobile number, we may contact you by text about your inquiry, quote, or event. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or email owner@newlifecoffeeco.com and we'll remove your number.

Data retention

We keep inquiry and client records for as long as we need them to run the business and meet our tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will, unless we're required to keep it.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email owner@newlifecoffeeco.com and we'll take care of it. You can also unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the footer of that email.

Children

This site is intended for adults booking event services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Photography at events

As noted in our Terms & Policies, we may take photos or videos of our setup during events for marketing and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

If we change this policy we'll update this page. Material changes will be reflected in the date below.
