Two stations, because session breaks do not wait

To meet the high-volume needs of the event, we deployed two fully equipped espresso stations staffed by professional baristas, so every attendee could get a freshly crafted drink without a wait. From rich espresso shots to creamy lattes and frothy cappuccinos, every drink was made to order for an audience that expects that standard.

The reason for two stations is simple math that a lot of hosts learn the hard way. Conference coffee demand is not spread evenly across the day -- it arrives in a wave the moment a session lets out, and it has to be cleared before the next session begins. One station serving a room of that size turns a fifteen-minute break into a line. Two stations working in parallel roughly halve the time to the last cup, which is the number that actually matters.

Operating around the agenda

Working during session breaks, the two stations efficiently served hundreds of attendees across both days. Our team coordinated closely with the event planners on timing, quality and presentation, so each coffee break became a moment of genuine refreshment rather than a bottleneck in the schedule. That coordination is most of the job at an executive event: knowing exactly when the doors open, how long the window is, and having espresso dialed in and drinks staged before the first person reaches the cart.

Flexible enough for any occasion

A fully equipped station is not a coffee urn on a table. Each one arrives with a commercial espresso machine and grinder, the milk and ingredients for the full menu, cups, lids and serviceware, and a barista who has already dialed in the shot before service opens. We handle setup and breakdown ourselves, so the only thing the venue provides is the space, the power and an accessible route to bring the equipment in.
